With over 25 years of culinary experience and a diploma from Liaison Culinary College, Chef Moshe has catered everything from intimate dinner parties to large-scale celebrations and holiday vacations with thousands of guests. He is a respected member of the global culinary community, serving as Vice President of the Toronto chapter of the World Federation of Chefs Society. Known for his custom-curated menus, strong knowledge of kashrut, and full-service approach, Chef Moshe delivers exceptional dining experiences across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Israel.

How much do you charge?

Pricing varies based on the type of event, number of guests, and menu complexity. I charge an hourly rate plus the cost of ingredients. Once we discuss the details, I’ll provide a customized quote.

What type of cooking do you do?

I’m professionally trained in a wide range of cuisines and can create dishes inspired by classic, contemporary, international, or traditional Jewish flavours—always tailored to your event and preferences.

What do your services include, and can I help plan the menu?

I take care of everything from menu planning, shopping, and cooking to on-site plating. I’m happy to create a full menu for you or work together to incorporate your preferences and special requests.

Can you cook in my house?

Yes! I can cook in your home or prepare everything in a separate kosher kitchen and deliver it ready to serve.

What is the largest event you will do?

I typically cater events for up to 150 guests. However, with a full kitchen brigade, I’ve successfully catered events with over 2,500 guests.

Do you do instructional events?

Absolutely. I offer hands-on cooking classes and also host fun, competitive cooking parties for kids’ birthdays and special occasions.
